Relive with us the highlights of the Prix de l'Innovation 2024, in which IMMOMIG SA and dreamo.ch had the pleasure of participating as proud sponsors. The event, which took place on January 24, 2024, was a true celebration of innovation and the dynamism of start-ups active in the real estate economy (PropTech, CleanTech, FinTech, Construction). Our involvement as sponsors, with our innovative new real estate portal dreamo.ch and our 20-year expertise in developing Immomig® software, underlines our commitment to innovation in the sector.

Jury Selection:
On January 24, promising start-ups presented their innovative projects to the jury in a record time of 3 minutes. The jury, comprising experts including our CEO Patrick Maillard, had the delicate task of choosing the most innovative projects in three distinct categories: digital solutions, construction solutions and energy solutions.
Selected Projects:
We warmly congratulate the talented start-ups who have been selected for the Innovation Award grand final, to be held at RENT SWISS on March 6. Here are the projects that caught the jury's eye in each category:
